It has become common practice to have employee candidates take assessments to see where their knowledge stands prior to making hiring decisions. Our consulting firm has a constructed an effective online assessment test to help you gauge a potential candidates estimating and blue printing overall knowledge. Each online test will include a detailed report on the potential candidates knowledge of estimating in the auto body industry. After the candidate has completed the testing ,we will schedule a time to go over the report and talk about the potential candidates estimating strengths and weaknesses. This tool is also commonly used to assess current Estimators and Blue Printers to identify areas that can be improved.
